*Brussels sprout Pad Thai: bean sprouts, scallion & peanuts. Choice of chicken, shrimp or tofu

*Sweet potato & cauliflower sharwarma with greens & garlic tahini yogurt. Choice of b/s chicken thighs, tofu, tempeh//salmon or beef ($34)

*Pot roast or braised mushrooms in red wine reduction & smashed potatoes

*Build a bowl (or 2!) with veggies:

Base: rice or sweet potatoes

Protein: chicken, pork, shrimp, tofu, tempeh or extra veggies// salmon ($34)

Sauce: tikka masala or Asian peanut

**Add a side salad & crusty garlic bread for 2 ($16)

*Chicken veggie soup

*Gimme a beet!! Greens, roasted beets, red onion, berries, walnuts, goat cheese (or parm) & balsamic vinaigrette 

*Garden salad: greens, carrots, cucumber, tomato, red onion, sunflower seeds & herby ranch

**Add on: hard-boiled eggs, tofu ($3) chicken ($4) Salmon ($6)

 

A la Carte

Protein egg bites (egg, cottage cheese, cheese): 1/2 dozen ($16) // 1dozen ($32). These are a great snack or start to you day!
